What to put in your email

Payment terms
For first orders we work on T/T with a deposit. Full balance is paid before shipment. This is standard protection on cross-border trade and applies to all new customers.

Lead time & shipping
- Typical cutting lead time: 2–7 business days after deposit, depending on batch size and queue. This is an estimate, not a binding date.
- International freight is separate and not included in cutting lead time. Ocean/air/express quoted per order.
- Incoterms: usually EXW (our factory) or FOB Shenzhen. Customs duties and local taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
- First order: we suggest a small batch to validate the full chain — drawing → cut → inspect → ship → receive — before committing to a large run.
We do not start cutting until (1) the drawing is confirmed in writing and (2) the deposit is received. This avoids the classic "I thought you meant X" dispute on cross-border jobs.
