How we hold tolerance

Waterjet is repeatable; the discipline is in nesting, speed and head angle.

Inspection process

1 · Nesting & speed review

Before cutting, the engineer sets cutting speed and path per material/thickness to hit the tolerance you asked for.

2 · First-article check

On batch jobs we cut and measure a first piece; photo and key dimensions on request before the run continues.

3 · In-process monitoring

Abrasive flow, pressure and path are watched during the run; deviations trigger a re-check.

4 · Final QA & dimensional report

Finished parts inspected against the drawing. A dimensional report can be supplied on request.

Tell us the tolerance that matters. If a feature is fit-critical we cut it premium-grade; if it is hidden structure we cut standard and save you cost. Detail on the drawing drives the price.
